Our Story
zalink.ai was born from a simple observation: while AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude were revolutionizing how people interact with technology, e-commerce remained largely disconnected from this transformation.
We asked ourselves: What if customers could shop through their favorite AI assistant? What if merchants could offer personalized, conversational shopping experiences without building complex systems?
Founded in 2025, we set out to create the infrastructure that connects e-commerce platforms to AI systems. Starting with the Middle East's leading platforms—Zid and Salla—we've expanded to support Shopify and WooCommerce, enabling merchants worldwide to embrace AI-powered commerce.
Today, zalink.ai is launching in the KSA and GCC markets, connecting e-commerce stores to 4 platforms and 3 AI integrations. We're proud to be at the forefront of Agentic Commerce—where AI doesn't just assist, but acts.
