Overview
OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) enables ChatGPT to discover, recommend, and help customers purchase products from your store directly within the conversation. This guide walks you through setting up ACP integration with ZaLink.
Prerequisites
- A ZaLink account with an active subscription (Connect or Manage tier)
- Your store connected to ZaLink (Zid, Salla, Shopify, or WooCommerce)
- Products synced to your ZaLink catalog

Step 1: Enable ChatGPT Connection
Navigate to Dashboard > AI Connections > ChatGPT and toggle the "Enable ChatGPT Shopping" switch. This activates the ACP product feed for your store.
Step 2: Configure Product Feed
Select which products to include in your ChatGPT feed:
- All Products: Include your entire catalog
- In-Stock Only: Only show products with available inventory
- Selected Collections: Choose specific categories
Step 3: Set Up Checkout Flow
Configure how customers complete purchases when buying through ChatGPT:
- Direct Checkout: Customers checkout within ChatGPT using a secure embedded form
- Store Redirect: Customers are redirected to your store to complete checkout
- Cart Link: Add-to-cart links that open your store with items pre-added
Step 4: Configure Store Policies
Ensure your store policies are set up for AI commerce:
- Return Policy: Clear terms for AI-initiated purchases
- Shipping Information: Delivery options and timeframes
- Contact Information: Support channels for AI shoppers
Testing Your Integration
Once configured, test your integration:
