Overview

ZaLinkAI uses intelligent rate limiting that rewards high-converting AI agents while protecting infrastructure from abuse. Our goal is to maximize value for merchants through actual sales, not just raw AI Shopper Traffic volume.

Key Principle

Conversion rates matter more than traffic counts. An agent driving 100,000 visits with 1% conversion is more valuable than one driving 100,000 visits with 0 conversions.

Monthly Quotas by Tier

Each tier has a base monthly quota for AI Shopper Traffic. These limits apply per-store. Need more capacity? Add-on packs are available to extend your quota.

Per-Agent Rate Limiting

Each AI agent interacting with your store gets its own share of AI Shopper Traffic within your store's tier limit. This ensures one misbehaving agent can't exhaust your entire quota.

Conversion-Based Multipliers

Agents that convert browsers into buyers earn higher quotas. We calculate a 30-day rolling conversion rate and apply these multipliers:

What happens when I hit my traffic quota limit?

Additional AI Shopper Traffic will receive a rate limit error until the next billing period. High-converting agents get priority if you're near the limit. You can also purchase add-on packs to extend your quota.

How is conversion rate calculated?

We use a rolling 30-day window: (completed checkouts) / (total AI Shopper Traffic). Cart creations also count as partial conversions.

Can I get more AI Shopper Traffic without upgrading?

Yes! Add-on packs let you purchase additional AI Shopper Traffic capacity on top of your current tier. Visit the billing page in your dashboard to purchase add-on packs.
