Billing Cycles & Invoices

Billing Cycles

  • Monthly billing charges on the same date each month.
  • Annual billing provides a 33% discount and charges once per year.
  • Quarterly billing (10% discount) is available for select plans.

Accessing Invoices

  1. 1Go to Dashboard > Billing
  2. 2View billing history section
  3. 3Click "Download PDF" for any invoice
  4. 4Invoices are also emailed to your account email

All prices are in SAR. VAT (15%) is applied for Saudi Arabia residents. Tax rates vary by country.

Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Mada (Saudi debit cards)

Managing Payment Methods

  1. 1Go to Dashboard > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. 2Click "Add Payment Method" to add a new card
  3. 3Set a default payment method for automatic renewals
  4. 4Remove old payment methods as needed
All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider.

Plan Changes

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. We prorate the remaining time on your current plan and apply it as credit toward the new plan.

  2. 2Click "Change Plan"
  3. 3Select your new plan
  4. 4Review the prorated amount
  5. 5Confirm the upgrade

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current features until then.

If you exceed the limits of your new plan, some features may be restricted after the downgrade.

Cancellation & Refunds

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

  2. 2Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. 3Select a cancellation reason
  4. 4Confirm cancellation

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. Contact support if you need more time.

No-Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Monthly billing lets you try the service risk-free with no long-term commitment. We guarantee your store will be live on AI platforms within 24 hours of connecting.

Pausing Your Subscription

Need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days instead of canceling.

  • Data preserved during pause
  • No charges while paused
  • Resume anytime
  • Maximum 2 pauses per year

Platform vs Direct Billing

ZaLinkAI supports two billing methods depending on how you sign up.

Platform Billing (Marketplace)

If you install ZaLinkAI through Shopify, Salla, or Zid marketplace, your subscription is billed through that platform. Payments are managed by the platform and appear on your platform invoice.

Direct Billing (Website)

If you sign up directly on zalink.ai, your subscription is billed directly via Moyasar. You manage payments, invoices, and cancellation from your ZaLinkAI dashboard.

Key Differences

  • Trials: Platform installs may include a free trial. Direct signups use monthly billing as a trial period.
  • Cancellation: Platform-billed subscriptions must be canceled through the platform dashboard. Direct subscriptions can be canceled in ZaLinkAI settings.
  • Invoices: Platform billing invoices are issued by the platform. Direct billing invoices are issued by ZaLinkAI.
