Setup Guides

Connect ChatGPT to your store using the Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP). Works with ChatGPT Plus or Team plans.

Requirements

ChatGPT Plus or Team subscription ($20/month)
ZaLinkAI account with a connected store
Your store's ACP endpoint URL (from your dashboard)

Setup Steps

Get Your ACP Endpoint
Go to your ZaLinkAI Dashboard → Settings → AI Providers section. Copy your ACP API endpoint URL. It looks like: https://api.zalink.ai/acp/stores/{your-store-id}

Get Your API Key
In the same dashboard section, click "Generate New Key" to create an API key. Copy it immediately — it will only be shown once.

Open ChatGPT
Go to chat.openai.com and start a new conversation. Click the "Explore GPTs" button, then select "Create a GPT" or use the Actions feature in any conversation.

Add an Action
In your GPT settings, click "Create new action". For the authentication, select "API Key" and enter your ZaLinkAI API key. For the schema URL, enter: https://api.zalink.ai/acp/stores/{your-store-id}/.well-known/openapi.json

Test the Connection
Ask ChatGPT to search your store products. Try: "Search for products in my store" or "Show me my recent orders".
