zalink.ai provides an AI-powered e-commerce integration platform that enables merchants to connect their online stores to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. Our services include: - E-commerce platform integrations (Zid, Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce) - AI assistant integrations (ChatGPT plugins, Claude MCP) - Product catalog synchronization - Order management through AI interfaces - Analytics and reporting - Promotional tools and referral systems We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To use zalink.ai, you must: - Create an account with accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access - Be responsible for all activities under your account You may not: - Create multiple accounts without permission - Share your account credentials with others - Use another person's account without authorization - Transfer your account to another party without our consent

When you connect your e-commerce store to zalink.ai: Authorization: You authorize zalink.ai to access your store data through the platform's API, including products, orders, customers, and inventory information. Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your store data is accurate and up-to-date. Platform Terms: You must comply with the terms of service of your e-commerce platform (Zid, Salla, Shopify, or WooCommerce). Disconnection: You may disconnect your store at any time. Upon disconnection, we will delete your OAuth tokens and cease accessing your store data.

When using AI assistant features: Third-Party AI: zalink.ai integrates with third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic). Your use of AI features is also subject to those platforms' terms. AI Limitations: AI assistants may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information. You acknowledge that AI responses should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. Customer Interactions: You are responsible for the accuracy of product information presented to customers through AI assistants. Content Restrictions: You must not use AI features to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

Subscription Plans: zalink.ai offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance. Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Payment Failures: If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received. Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You agree not to use zalink.ai to: - Violate any laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Transmit malware or malicious code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Harvest or collect user data without consent - Send spam or unsolicited communications - Engage in fraudulent activities - Sell prohibited items through AI channels - Circumvent rate limits or security measures We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our IP: zalink.ai, its logo, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your Content: You retain ownership of your store data, product information, and other content you provide. License to Us: You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service. Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Your use of zalink.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Defects will be corrected - The Service is free of viruses or harmful components - Results from using the Service will meet your requirements Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, zalink.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Lost profits, revenue, or data - Business interruption - Damages arising from third-party services Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zalink.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third-party rights - Your store content or products - Customer disputes related to AI-assisted purchases

Term: These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for: - Breach of these Terms - Fraudulent or illegal activity - Non-payment of fees - Extended inactivity Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@zalink.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
